However, as a growing small business, please note that all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at dalynwaymedia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a picture of the defect to arrange for a replacement or store credit up to equal value of the item you would like replaced.
